Welcome to Dr. E-Ling Hsiao's Website. Dr. E-Ling Hsiao is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Curriculum, Leadership, and Technology at Valdosta State University. Prior to joining VSU, she worked for Indiana State University as an Instructional Design Specialist to assist the faculty members in the development of on-line and hybrid courses and provides guidance in a wide variety of instructional technology applications. She received a PhD in Instructional Technology from Ohio University in 2010. Her ongoing research interests include cognitivism, problem-based learning, instructional design, interface design and visual literacy.
